1. How many people of your group thrust relatively invariable styles in different contexts?
After completing the Measuring your Conflict Style exercise I found that based on these results, I brook relatively consistent remainder styles in different contexts of conflict that I find myself in. I strive to be very aw ar of my behavior whenever I am intermeshed in a conflict situation when I am using competing, avoidance, accommodation or compromising conflict styles, in addition to considering the feelings and concerns of the party that I am engaged in the conflict with. However, I was honest with myself when I pattern of the devil situations with the individuals that I used and I agree with the results that have been discovered.
2. For those who have different answers, answer this question: What is it about the two situations that prompts me to use different styles?

It is the fact that the two situations occur in two different places, the situations that take place with A are in a personal environment with my significant early(a) and the situations that take place with B are in a workplace environment with a subordinate that is responsible for describe to me. In my personal situations with A, I know that I have more room to use my avoiding conflict style along with more emotion and cognition than I can with my interactions with B in the workplace setting. I feel that I do not know my subordinate well enough to rise the conflict negatively and emotionally, so it would not be a good idea for me to approach her in that state because I would be more focused on arguing than firmness of purpose the conflict; unlike with my significant other.
