Bill of Rights and Amendments Paper
This paper will hold forth how and why the amendments became apart of the constitution, what problems motivated the adoption of the Bill of Rights, the effectuate of the Bill of Rights, what problems or changes in society led to afterward amendments, discuss the 13th through 15th amendments, and the effects.
How and Why Do Amendments Become Part of the Constitution?
They are ratified by the house of congress and senate as geted. They are actually laws and travel along the same essential path as federal laws, with a couple extra requirements.
The founders never intended the Constitution to be finished, or untouchable. Each generation is as independent as the champion preceding, as that was of all which had gone before express Thomas Jefferson.
The ratification process really only requires one step, ratification of 3/4 of the states. Congress can lay aside an amendment and pass it with 2/3 approval of congress, but it stillness needs 3/4 ratification of the states. However, states can redeem their own amendments and have their own constitutional conventions whenever they urgency, but need 2/3 of the state legislatures to convene one (The get together States Constitution, n/d).




What Problems Motivated the Adoption of the Bill of Rights?
The Constitution did non sufficiently limit the power of government, so the superlative of rights was ordain in place to institute limits on their ability to throw off laws. They cant pass any law which violates the bill of rights. Therefore the Bill of Rights was added to the original Constitution because Americans feared that there was non enough protection for his or her rights in the original document.
