It is usually conducted on individual, group, and organizational levels. OB researchers systematically study structural characteristics that influence behavior at heart organizations. Through their research, Organizational Behavior scholars suggest ways of understanding and predicting how these behaviors can help companies achieve their goals. Course Requirements Attendance and union are required in this gradation. A student whitethorn miss not more than two classes during the semester. Students will be required to take a quiz at the start of each class session beginning with the second class (therefore, there will be twelve quizzes). Furthermore, students will be required to write a paper analyzing organizational behavior of any Ukrainian or international company finished the theoretical lenses studied during the course. A midterm testing and a final exam will be also required, as well as a group presentation on a specified topic.
