3. I disagree; this police should not be appealed for the safety of our own country. Even though guns are not the issue in our country and drugs and gangs are this constabulary should still be in effect. I say this because if this legal philosophy is appealed some people may take advantage of it by going around and using guns for crimes instead of other weapons.
