Having introduced students to budgeting I identified the areas which were proving problematic for students and decided to focus on these points. By revisiting the previous lesson I was hoping to motivate students by control them step by step through the lesson and consideration appropriate activities in order to help with retention. I rely reinforcement is a fundamental part of the learning plow as it helps learners with the retention of information, for this reason most of my sessions begin with uncertainty and answers which often end up as a mini test, ultimately keeping students engaged by getting them thinking.



By guiding the students through the question and answer session (open and closed questioning), I felt I was trainting the tone by act to make the students more comfortable with the topic and making them find I was there to try and help them learn. All tasks were set at an appropriate level of difficulty as I needed to ensure students were challenged enough but were not flurry or frustrated by extremely difficult activities.Having explained the guess behind manufacturing accounts (first objective) and illustrated it with a structured diagram I felt students were now equipped to complete the relevant workbook questions adequately.
