Over the work nightclub weeks I clear learned about my bodys nutritional need and have also realized that I have non been meeting those by any means. Since starting this course I have had ups and downs in my nutritional changes motivation levels. One week would be wonderful. I would work out 4 or 5 long time, eat 5-6 small meals a day (Healthy Meals!), and would seize on my multivitamin with my morning alarm clock. Yes, at that place were some days that were great. That being said there were also some non so good days. The “ worse” days were days that I ate a fast food place once, double , or perhaps even three times in one day, multiple days that week. I would also drop out the gym to spend time with my wife and daughter. Granted that last one does not sound like a bad thing moreover looking at it from a rigorously nutritional view it isnt the best thing for my body. Speaking of my body.

I started this class at 62 330 pounds. The first few weeks were hard to sting motivated with changing my diet and (lack of) exercise plan delinquent to the fact my wife and I had just welcomed our first tiddler into the world. Dallace might just be a baby who was quiescency 18 hours a day, but it was not easy to project time to cook something healthy instead of just getting takeout.

And there was NO way I was going to shoot my wife who had just given birth to please have something healthier overdressd for dinner when I got home from work. I do not know much about women, but I do know that saying that would have been a big no-no. Once things settled down from having the baby we were up to(p) to start preparing healthier meals most nights of the week.

I had a prevalent meal plan. Breakfast consisted of a bowl of special K cereal and some fresh fruit of some kind.. If there was time I would prepare some turkey sausage for some extra protein. I would pack some dry oatmeal and fresh blueberries for a snack.
